This is the Hot Water Extraction cleaning method, commonly called "steam cleaning".

Area Rugs are a wonderful addition to any room and we use CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) approved products and equipment to safely clean all types of rugs. We offer the option to clean Area Rugs on location while in your home, or we may recommend a restorative In-plant cleaning.
HARD SURFACE FLOORS
Our 8-step tile & grout cleaning service can restore your floors to look like new. When a household mop falls short, let us use professional products, and equipment to safely deep clean and extract using our powerful truck mounted cleaning unit and hard surface tool. There is no mess, no over-spray and no extended dry time. We can also seal the grout lines to help keep the floor cleaner longer.
Our wood floor deep cleaning includes a detailed cleaning with a wood-safe product and buffing with a soft pad to restore the gloss. This is considered maintenance cleaning and has no mess or dry time opposed to sanding and refinishing. Our cleaning process removes the layers of soil and restores the existing finish to bring back the natural beauty.
